Ghost blocks on 1.12.2

On 1.12.2, explosions create lots of ghost blocks in the blocks they destroy and a lot (roughly 1 in 20) of the bedrock blocks in the nether floor are replaced with air if the blocks around have been excavated. I am using the latest version of multiconnect
