This is not being logged. The animation of throwing an item is played, but the item itself does not appear in the world. This happens even in singleplayer (at least was happening last time I used MultiConnect). Duplicates #243

this happened to me in 1.18.1 with version 1.5.10 multiconnect, i also had sodium, baritone, bedrockify, clientcommands, fabric-api, hydrogen, limatica, lithium, malilib, phosphor, and worldedit, all running on Aristois hacked client

Try Using mod menu and disableing certain mods and verify the problem is with multiconnect ,
and steps to reproduce.

This bug works on multiconnect and no another mods.

if I remove multiconnect it is fixed, but if it is the only mod, it doesn't let me drop items

yes it's so annoying fix it plz
