getEntry occasionally returns null in entity tracker system in singleplayer

I've never had this happen to me, so I don't know what could be causing this. It feels like it could almost be a duplicate of #91

Thing is this is happening after launch, multiplayer was never entered on either trace

I don't know if you need this still but I have 8 crash reports of them now.

A couple more crash reports that people have experienced:

So far it looks like the common theme between them is that they are ID 0. If anyone else experiences this please reply with their crash log. The more crash logs we can get the better.

All the crashes are indeed from singleplayer.

About my crash report (Earth asked me to comment this here), This issue may seem reproducable by combining the "mixin.world.mob_spawning" string from false to true via lithium properties + using latest multiconnect whilst exploring a new world via singleplayer until a crash based of broken health or other entity tick trigger occurs.

Although based of my additional context, This issue also seems to be rare in some conditions although it's trying to "blame lambdynamiclights for it" aswell but i just can't confirm it + The crash also changes to any entity such as pigs and whatnot.
