Next and previous Keybinds dont work on launcher change.

I changed the Minecraft launcher to build a modpack. I went from CurseForge to Multimc. And the keybinds for the mod were fine; they all worked as intended. It's only when I transferred the complete Pack back to CurseForge that the keybinds for Next track and previous track no longer work. In my case, they were set to the left and right arrow keys. Before you say "maybe your keyboard is faulty" or something similar, this keyboard was bought last year, and I'm using those keys in aid of making this issue ticket. I've tried resetting the options.txt, resetting the config and downloading a fresh mod install, but none of these fixes have worked.

Hi, thanks for the report! But have you tried to check the keybinds in the Minecraft option menu? There you can see if the keybinds are well assigned, and update them if you want to, at least to try if different keybinds work

I'm not going to check every mod keybinds. You can't rely on the highlights of conflicts, it doesn't work well. Look at the entire list, if anywhere there are other conflicts and check if one of them is the arrows keys. The highlights only highlights the first of the list or something like that

i have the controlling mod installed to find the conflicts for me, and it comes back with zero results

I've changed the key binds to 2 other keys and can confirm they work. But left and right arrows work for other mods if I assign them those keys. its only those keys that dont work for Music control.
The only thing I can think of is changing my fabric version. because I'm on version 1.21.1 16.14, but was on 16.10, and the mod worked fine, no issues.

edit Changing version didn't work.

That would be weird, but if updating fabric api version works then alright. Usually with keybinds, the issue is conflicts with mods assigning the same keys by default, so they conflict. For that you just need to bind one of the mods to other keys

Your mod assigns the Left and right arrow keys to the previous and next tracks by default. i haven't touched them when using music control, and on the controls screen, they are the only keys untouched. i could try going one version of fabric API back and see if that fixes the issue. but changing the actual fabric version didnt do anything

Yes my mod assigns them by default. I'm saying that if you're playing with other mods, maybe another one is assigning actions to the arrow keys by default. If so, that's your issue

These images are the only key conflicts of the music control that I had to change, and after the change.

Im not saying check every single conflict, i just put my mod list in to see if you can think of any conflicts i might not have seen
