[1.12.2] Bug - No sounds from the game aside from music mod.

Describe the bug
Music from music player is the only one sound that plays and no other sound (Ex: Walking steps , block mining etc.) plays at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Launch the game.
  2. Notice lack of sounds other than music from minecraft music player.

Expected behavior
I expected sounds from the game to run alongside music from the mod but instead they do not play at all and only music plays.

  • Mod version: music_player-1.12.2-2.1.1.113 (Copied name of mod file)
  • Minecraft version: 1.12.2
  • Forge version: 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2854 (Copied from launcher)
  • UTeamCore version: u_team_core-1.12.2-2.2.5.147 (Copied name of mod file)

This issue was reported multiple times but unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this.
I think it is either a driver issue or some issues with too many audiostreams on certain sound cards.
Which sound driver do you have?
