When i play any music it's stuck at 00:00 and it's not playing

Okay, works for me. Can you please post the right musicplayer version? The version you provided (3.2.1.308) does not exist and seems like the uteamcore version.

Furthermore the log is important to find issues like this. You can find it unter your installation folder (%appdata%.minecraft)
in the logs directory. There should be a latest.log or debug.log file.

You seem to be using forge on Android. This does not work for the music player mod because of the usage of lavaplayer. Unfortunately, lavaplayer's native libraries are not compiled for Android.
