Detailed description of the feature

I often find myself trying to change from one playlist to another, maybe because of different songs or whatever.
A shuffle state that lets you shuffle between all songs in every playlist would be a great addition.
This is actually a repost from the Music-Player-Fabric repo, since I was ignored there and figured out it's best to suggest stuff here.

I'm not sure if that is a feature I want to implement ...
Gonna see when I find time to think about stuff like that

oh well I mean it's not like a fundamental feature needed for it, it would just be a nice and helpful QoL feature.
