Detailed description of the feature

Ambient music in vanilla Minecraft comes in waves, putting 5-20 minute breaks between each track. It would be great to see the feature replicated in this mod, specifically to add the feature of an optional, timed delay between tracks.
This could be done by adding a new value input in settings which allows the player to set a delay between songs - set to 0 by default, of course.
It may also be possible to set a randomised range for the time between each song, which would be controlled by two settings instead of one.
