There's an interaction with the Mutant Enderman that causes the server to hang (i.e. the TPS drops to 0 but the client can still function). There are no logs that provide any useful details about what could be causing this, though I know it's not a mob-specific or mod-specific compat issue because it sometimes happens when they're fighting vanilla mobs. The chance of it happening is greatly increased if you have a lot of them and use something like the Mob Battle Mod multi enrager to force aggro.
