Describe the bug:
Ores drops itself when mined with an enchanted pickaxe even without silk touch, same issue as BlakeBr0/MysticalAgriculture#705

To Reproduce:
Give the pickaxe any enchantment(tested with fortune, miner's fervor, and efficiency separately and multiple levels)
Mine any end or nether MA variant ores with it (soulium ore works as intended)
The ore drops itself

Expected behavior:
Drop the items instead

Versions (please complete the following information):

Minecraft: 1.21.1
Forge: Neo 21.1.61
Cucumber: 8.0.5
Mystical Agriculture: 8.0.6
Singleplayer or Multiplayer: Both(tried single player and via open LAN world, haven't tested on a dedicated server)
