Mystical Fertilizer is not working on Tier 6 Crops.

Describe the bug

When right clicking a Mystical Fertilizer into Both Nether Star Seeds and Dragon Egg Seeds, Growth is not applied and the Fertilizer is consumed in the process.

To Reproduce

  1. place a nether star crux
  2. above it, place a insanium farmland
  3. in the farmland, place your nether star seed.
  4. right click with a mystical fertilizer and observe that the fertilizer is consumed but nothing happens.

Expected behavior
The Mystical Fertilizer should be consumed and the growth state of the crop should be randomly increased just like bonemeal.

This is intentionally disabled by default and can be enabled in the config file by setting fertilizableTier6Crops to true.
