Can't craft awakened draconium seeds

To Reproduce

1. Use 4 Insanium Nugget 4 Awakened Draconium Ingot and 1 Prosperity Seed Base
2. Try to craft Awakened Draconium Seeds, no effect
3. That's because Draconic-Evolution change ingot tags ingots.json

Expected behavior
Correctly crafting Awakened Draconium Seeds
