[1.18.1] Possible bug with the Nether ores

Describe the bug
Nether ores (Eg Nether Inferium ore) cannot be mined with the "pickaxe" but can be mined with paxels.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: go to the Nether and start mining the ores.

Expected behavior
Vanilla pickaxe and Mystical Agriculture pickaxe should be able to mine the Nether ores.
