I would love to have access to Molten Insanium as we already got Molten Supremium etc, it would be nice to have Molten Insanium

The molten liquids were added to be used in Tinkers' Construct to make the tools. I didn't add an Insanium fluid since there would be no tools to make. I can pretty much guarantee that if I were to add it I would be getting bug reports about 'not being able to cast Insanium tools'. I'll think about it though
