Hi,
I'm playing on the revelation mod-pack which doesn't have Mystical Agriculture mod by default, and Magical Crops mod doesn't seem to work, therefore i added Mystical Agriculture mod with the corresponding files ( Cucumber lib, and Mystical Agradditions).
Everything seems to be working fine except for the fact that i can't plant any of the Crafting Seeds.

Crafting seeds are for crafting, not planting. You need to combine them with other stuff to get plantable seeds.
