Strange crash / corruption when using old world with BuildCraft

I am having a strange bug/crash. When i added BuildCraft, to a old dev world, i got the attached crash, which made the world corrupted. BuildCraft, says it is MysticalAgriculture, but just very strange that it first happened when i added BuildCraft.

I am not sure it is something you can do anything about, but thought i would report the issue here too.
