changing config so that disabling gear does not disable core remover for watering cans

Setting B:_gear_module_override=false prevents the core remover from working on watering cans when wanting to only just disable armors. Separating this out would be helpful for many.

Unfortunately I wont be able to fix this since I am no longer working on the 1.12 version.
