MCA seed duplication when npc plants it.

The interaction relates to the npc from Minecraft Comes Alive.

Expected behaviour:
Make your son use hoe for seed planting.
The seed is consumed.

Actual behaviour:
Make your son use hoe for seed planting.
The seed is nto consumed but planted.
Seed duplication.
