Cannot Plant Most Tier 1 Seeds on Imperium Farmland

Describe the bug
Stone Seeds, Dirt Seeds, Wood Seeds, Ice Seeds cannot be planted/placed on imperium farmland (tier 4) blocks

To Reproduce
Right-click Imperium Farmland with Stone Seeds, Dirt Seeds, Wood Seeds, Ice Seeds

Expected behavior
Stone Seeds, Dirt Seeds, Wood Seeds, Ice Seeds will be planted on Imperium Farmland

This actually happens with Stone Seeds, Dirt Seeds, Wood Seeds, and Ice Seeds.
