[1.16.3] AE2 no silicon item recipe

Describe the bug
Can't craft silicon seeds with AE2 silicon item. As well as silicon essence to silicon item. The press can be crafted but not the actual silicon itself.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install latest Mystical Agriculture and AE2 1.16.3
look up silicon

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Able to craft silicon seeds and use the essence to make silicon

This is fixed in newer releases of AE.
