Powah has a reactor that uses Uraninite to power it. There's currently no sustainable way to get Uraninite as far as I can tell.
There are also a few alloys and crystals from Powah, such as energized steel, and all the niotic/blazing/all the other crystals.

Using the base machines to get the alloy and crystals, and mining lots of uraninite.
