When sprinting underwater with speed-augmented equipment (on the latest 1.15.2 version, but I'm assuming this holds on 1.16 too), one seems to get about 2x-3x the boost as when sprinting on land. Unsprinted swimming speed seems to receive no buff. This seems inconsistent.
