Describe the bug
I tried to find info on if I needed to update anything else but couldn't find any other updates in related mods or any sign of config changes. I've been testing in an ATM6 instance.

1. Rock crystals aren't working to create the rock crystal seeds, I tried the ones I found in the overworld and also grabbed some in creative to test it, and tried the crystals you'd craft with the essence...none seem to work for the seed infusion.
2. Starmetal seeds don't seem to be craftable, tried to find any config that wouldn't be allowing it but I couldn't find any and I also just tried to do the standard tier 4 recipe just in case it was an issue with JEI.
3. Not sure if related or even important, but the pieces from astral I was putting into the pedestals would just fall on the ground unlike other compatible pieces.
   Note: Aquamarine seeds worked as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place the recipe items in the infusion altar setup, ensuring a redstone signal is given to the altar. > Nothing happens.
2. Look for recipe for starmetal seeds in JEI, and also attempt the standard tier 4 recipe with starmetal ingots. > No recipe, nothing happens.

Expected behavior

1. Rock crystal seeds to be produced.
2. Star metal seed recipe to exist and work when used in the infusion altar.
