[1.16.5] JEI Infusion and Seed Reprocessor Recipes Missing

All recipes involving the infusion altar and seed reprocessor do not appear.

To Reproduce

Log into any world (single or multiplayer) and start the progression of the mod. The only recipes I'm able to see are those using the crafting table. Any recipe to make any of the seeds using infusion altar are not present when left-clicked on the seeds. This also applies to recipes involving the seed reprocessor.

Expected behavior

To see the infusion altar seed and reprocessor recipes when left-clicked on in JEI.

Correction: It works going into singleplayer and then into the server (like one of the recent bug reports on here). Going directly into the server however, it doesn't work.
