Describe the bug
Inferium essence still drops from mobs, despite the mob drop gamerule being off.

To Reproduce

• Make a new world
• Run /gamerule doMobDrops false
• Summon a few mobs of your choosing
• Kill them

Expected behavior
The mobs should not drop anything, as the gamerule is disabled.
