Have a possible bug to report. I am currently playing 1.16.5 in the Seaopolis 1.7 modpack. I created a "Soul Extractor", placed it down to see what kind of resources it needed, then went to move it to its intended location. Upon "breaking" the extractor, it just shattered/crumbled and was not given back to me. I used creative and gave myself another one and tried again to repeat (making sure to revert to survival and using a proper tool). Same thing happened. Then happened again on a third try. In case it was an in-the-moment glitch, I tried other machines and they broke down and were returned fine - which even included other MA machines. First time occurrence of ever seeing this.
