Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Due to the fact that the seed reprocessor accepts any item into its processing slots (both manually and with automation), setting up a seed reprocessor to get the most out of a farm is frustrating as you have to manually filter which items can go into it, making the farm not implicitly scaleable.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if the seed reprocessor could only accept valid ingredients into the processing slot, at least with pipe automation, as then, you could just have an inline seed reprocessors automatically handling the seeds.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only current alternative is manually filtering the seeds out to be reprocessed, however, that creates scalability issues.
