Certus Quartz Dust is no longer craftable within Applied Energistics 2, meaning it can only be acquired from ore.

If possible, I'd like for there to be a crafting recipe using Certus Quartz Essence to create Certus Quartz Dust.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, being able to craft the ore itself would also be a solution.
