Deepslate and Nether variants of Prosperity and Inferium do not use their new sounds introduced

Describe the bug
Deepslate and Nether ore variants use old stone sounds despite there being new sounds

To Reproduce
place/break a nether/deepslate ore

Expected behavior
block uses unique sounds

In addition, Deepslate variants of the ores should take longer mine for consistency with vanilla Deepslate
