Experience Capsule in offhand doesn't pick up orbs

To Reproduce
Hold a capsule in offhand and kill something, xp goes to mending or player, never the capsule.

Expected behavior
Capsule should get xp in offhand

Versions (please complete the following information):

  • Minecraft: 1.18.1
  • Forge: 39.0.64
  • Cucumber: 5.0.3
  • Mystical Agriculture: 5.0.3

As an aside, when held in hotbar the capsule is greedy and doesn't allow the sword to mend which means I have to stop at times and put the capsule away to mend the sword. Any way to let mending take priority?
