As of Tinker's Construct version 3.4.2.60, which was released on March 14, 2022, Tinker's Bronze had been removed, and instead replaced with Amethyst Bronze.

I suggest replacing everything Tinker's Bronze-related with everything Amethyst Bronze-related, including the seeds, crafting recipe for the seeds, and essences.
