Missing tiered Seed Reprocessors

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I don't have seed reprocessors of above the normal type exept the one from the mystical adaptations addon.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I don't know how to reproduce it.

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I should have the tiered seed reprocessors (Inferium and up)

The Seed Reprocessor was changed to use Upgrades like the Harvester and Soul Extractor do.
