Awakened Tools not increasing stats (at least according to JEI GUI)

Describe the bug
When upgrading a Supremium Tool to Awakened Supremium, the stats do not appear to increase. This is while playing All The Mods 10.

To Reproduce
Upgrade the tool using the Awakening Ritual.
