Crash when attacking with diamond scythe

Describe the bug
Apparently, when I attack some mobs using the diamond scythe makes my game crash, but is kinda random sometimes happen and sometimes it doesn't.

it may be a mod incompatibility tbh, problem is that i have a bunch of of mods haha. but from what i got in crash report, I think is this one

(I tested other modded weapons, and other scythes. but nothing! is so weird)

I will appreciate any guidance or help, it may be something silly but i want to fix it hah
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Just attack a random mob with diamond scythe

Expected behavior
The game will crash with the error : Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke

That error is coming from l2damagetracker. I'm not really sure why the scythe would cause that issue specifically.
