Seeds Vanishing When Chunk Unloaded if in Transit via Ender IO Conduit

Describe the bug
Have a 13x13 farm on T6 farmland with PC:Repressurized crop supports being planted with IF Sewer and harvested with a IF harvester. Seeds are being fed back into sewer from harvester via Ender IO conduits and if the chunk they are in is unloaded while the seeds are in transit they will vanish out of existence.
Expected behavior
Seeds to not have to be chunk loaded 100% of the time to not vanish and have to be remade over and over
Versions (please complete the following information):
- Minecraft: latest
- Forge: latest
- Mystical Agriculture: At The Mods 10 latest update
- Singleplayer or Multiplayer: MP
This sounds more like an issue with the item cables. Do only MA seeds get deleted? I'm not sure how that could be possible.
