[Neoforge] Infuser does not work

Describe the bug
Infuser does not work in a standalone Minecraft installation (only Mystical Agriculture and Cucumber).
This issue does NOT occur in All the Mods 10, so possible there's some config or additional dependency missing.
To Reproduce
- Launch Minecraft with Cucumber and Mystical Agriculture installed, alongside no other mods
- Create a session
- Place an infuser, with Prosperity Seed Base, any object that can be infused (such as logs), and Inferium
- Place a lever and activate it
Expected behavior
Infused seeds are created

- Minecraft: 1.21.1
- Neoforge: 21.1.184
- Cucumber: 8.0.12
- Mystical Agriculture: 8.0.17
- Singleplayer or Multiplayer: Both
Just wanted to add - I was trying to troubleshoot on my own, and I found while ATM10 works, All the Magic - Arcana is also broken. Also JEI shows the seed recipes for the infuser despite it not working, if I only have Mystical Agriculture, Cucumber, and JEI installed with nothing else.
