Tier 3 seeds don't want to use Tier 3 soil (ATM10)

Describe the bug
Tier 3 seeds seem oddly picky about what soil they can be planet on. Can't get some on any, some only go in if it's not watered yet. The Nether Quartz seed didn't want to go on wet tier 3 soil, and the tin seeds won't go on at all, for instance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Put some tier 3 essence on soil, try to put the seed in. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior
Planting seeds that match the tier.

Hi, turns out, the problem was lighting, which I forgot gardening was dependant on. Sorry!
