General Information

Describe the bug:
Enderminis spawn on transparent blocks (like leaves) which mobs are not supposed to spawn on

To Reproduce:

  1. Go to the end
  2. Place leaves far away from the end island
  3. Enderminis will spawn

Expected behavior:
Enderminis won't spawn on leaf blocks or other transparent blocks that mobs usually cannot spawn on
