As the title describes, sweeping doesn't seem to work.

It works with vanilla weapons such as a wooden sword, but Sapphire doesn't work / Is inconsistent.

Update: It appears to be due to the sapphire swords 5% max hp thing. Sweeping works on endermen that are at full hp.

@autumn-mnya well, I tested that on wardens, and apparently it worked, though, some information needs clarifying:

• sweeping percentage damage is cut in half (5% / 2 = 2.5%)
• that also is multiplied by (0.7 + 0.1 * [sweeping edge enchantment strength (roman value)])
