Upgraded versions of Botania items that are not meant to despawn... should not despawn.

Steps to reproduce

1. Craft a "Greatest Band of Mana"
2. Craft a "Greater Band of Mana"
3. Craft an "Alf Shatterer"
4. Craft a "Terra Shatterer"
5. Craft a "Mana Tablet"
6. Throw all five items down on the ground
7. Stand there for 6 minutes

Expected behavior

5 items are still on the ground after 6 minutes.

Actual behavior

Only Botania's 3 items are on the ground because Mythic Botany's 2 more expensive/upgraded items have parted ways with the universe.
