Add an upgraded version of the Reforged trinket.

The upgraded trinket can also repair armor and its effectiveness is greatly improved. However, in exchange, it cannot repair items enchanted with Mending and removing it requires you to equip a full set of Curse of Binding armor.

Why is this feature important?

It just feels wrong to exclude the armor slots, especially since they're arguably one of the more important ones. Also threw in a fun (?) idea I had.
