Allow configuration of max bush size

From my observation of the worldgen there are 4 sizes for a berry bush.
- Large
- Shrub
- Small (2x2)
- Tiny (1x1)
My request is a configuration option is provided to set the max size. I love Natura and think berries are a great source of early game food but it's very easy to find a large amount of them and then no other food options are ever explored.
If I could limit the max bush size it would enable me to push other minecraft players to explore other food mods.
