[1.10.2] [Suggestion] Alter the tool tips of stews

Hello,
A quick suggestion for the different stews (soups). Their tooltip has the listed potion effects they give. It would be neat if like potions they displayed in the color blue if they were positive potion effects and then in red if they were negative. A minor subtle change but I feel a good one.
