[1.10.2] No heatsand/tainted soil in nether

Tried with both override nether true and false, no difference, traveled some distance!
Getting trees and Tinker's Construct magma slime islands though.
But my nether has only boring netherrack, soulsand, etc. Not beautiful Natura Nether....
