[1.11.2/1.12] Tainted Soil and Heat Sand don't generate with NetherEx

Most of the features that Natura adds to the Nether are generating, but the Tainted Soil and Heat Sand don't generate. The cause of this is due to the fact that I am overriding Natura's Nether override. I am wondering what we could do to resolve this issue.
