[1.12-4.3.0.23] Doors missing for some wood types

Modpack: ATM 3 v5.1

Not sure if this is a bug or what, but there were no doors in game for Tigerwood, Maple, or Silverbell, plus a couple of the nether variants. I saw that door textures already existed for these (was going to offer to make them), and that the last change to the doors textures was 7 months ago, so I wasn't sure why these doors weren't available in game.

It seems that they are missing in the code (see blockstates/overworld_doors.json and Overworld.java).

Is there a reason these weren't implemented?
