Nether Heatsand/Tainted soil generation even though option is turned off.

I'm playing Natura with Biomes O Plenty, and BOP changes to Nether massively.

I'd like to have all that natura stuff, even Nether stuff, just not the heat sand and tainted soil.

So I turned off the Nther override and it still generates. Retrogen is also off.

Doesn't occur in 1.7.10, tested with 7f0f574 and BoP 2.1.0.986.
