Kinda what it says... Night Vision sooooo needs to be toggleable! Sometimes you just want to marvel the night skies, sometimes it conflicts with shader \ retexture \ other mod, sometimes you just have a better \ RP \ HC option, etc.

And just in case - "just take the bauble off" isn't an option, since "just" taking off unawakened emblem results in rather painfull debuffs, and awakened emblem straight up CAN'T be removed in any way other than by death.
