Mod name: Fixed anvil repair cost

Feature description

So when I downloaded the mod I thought it would affect enchantment costs as well, but those still cost more each time I enchant it. Maybe you can add a config option to make the cost for applying an enchantment in an anvil a fixed value as well as the repair cost?

Nevermind, enchants are affected, but quark's ancient tomes aren't. I will make a separate issue about that soon.
