Feature description

I've had this amazing idea! It's called.. Effect Commands! I mean come on, you can't stop with enchanting commands, you got to add one for effect to. Like what if I want a level 127 raid, or haste 127. I can instamine obsidian this way. Or smack the ender dragon with my bare fist and kill it because i have strength 127. Effect commands have a hard-coded overflow limit of level 6, everything past 6 overflows and sets it to level 1.
